Moffett Towers II

Sunnyvale, California

With a ten-acre green space, five slender office towers, and a two-acre rooftop park, Moffett Towers II is designed as a future-forward tech campus. The building’s design features a rhythmic pattern of glass and metal panels with articulated structural glass elements that maximize indoor-outdoor connectivity. Adjacent to the building lobbies, modern geometric landscaping mimics the patterns of the facade while the central open space provides a more natural setting with clusters of mature trees and organic forms seen in the curving pathways. Functionally, the central open space physically links all the buildings and acts as the heart of the campus. Designed for digital innovators, Moffett Towers II provides a creative foundation for the next great thing.
