Southline B1 Tops Out
Building 1 (B1) at Southline, South San Francisco
We recently celebrated the topping out of the first building (B1) at Southline!
Team members from all disciplines and trades participated in signing the last beam.
A milestone in this development, B1 is part of Phase 1A, which also includes a parking garage and mass timber amenities building. Phase 1A is slated for completion 2025 Q1.
Phase 1A includes B1, a six-story R&D building, a mass timber amenities building, and parking structure.
Designed with the flexibility to support both life science and tech users, this transit-oriented campus adjacent to San Bruno Bart will transform the area from an industrial patchwork to a sustainable, integrated environment.
A huge congratulations to our partners and collaborators on this project, including the developer, Lane Partners, and general contractor, DPR. We are excited to be a part of this development and see the rest of the campus become a reality!
