Brent Takahashi

Brent’s expertise lies in designing technology workplaces that prioritize people’s well-being and foster creativity and productivity. With a wealth of experience working for prestigious developers and Fortune 500 companies, he is adept at managing large-scale projects with multiple components, including core and shell buildings, wellness and amenities centers, branded interior environments, engineering labs, and inviting outdoor spaces. He skillfully applies a combination of rigor and creativity to create inspiring places.

In his role as Associate Principal, Brent co-leads the Earth Studio team and the Project Delivery Group. In addition, he finds immense satisfaction in mentoring the next generation of employees by sharing his knowledge, providing training, and inspiring people to do their best work.
